It all began with my love for Pilates!
Hey, as you may know my name is Jade, I am 29 and I am the owner of Pilates & Co.
I have been attending regular pilates classes for around 2 years and it became my favourite hobby! I instantly fell in love with it from the minute I started, so I knew I just had to teach this to other people and bring them in on the hype and WOW! What an amazing journey it has been.
I cannot wait to continue growing and building my community of strong, flexible men & women, empowering those to try something new and build on their confidence and fitness at the same time.

Interior design is another hobby of mine so when I had the chance to design my own studio I was so excited.
Pilates & Co is designed to be a safe, calming space for all abilities. We thrive on neutral aesthetic incorporating earthly tones throughout.
